I'm joined by Australian artist Rose Carleo, frontwoman of the Rose Carleo Band.
With a career spanning over 20 years, Rose has worked alongside some of Australia’s most iconic musicians and built an impressive catalogue across Country, Blues, and Rock.
The Rose Carleo Band has just dropped their brand-new single, Daisies Song, which is available now on all major streaming platforms.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Rose to talk about the standout moments from her musical career— and to dive into the inspiration behind Daisies Song.

This is a special edition episode as we were asked to take part of Podcasthon 2025—a massive collection of podcasts all over the world coming together for a great cause! More than 1500 podcasts across more than 40 countries take place to release an episode on the same day with each listing a charity listeners can donate to should they choose.
For this episode I have selected Support Act.
Support Act is the music industry’s charity, delivering crisis relief services to musicians, managers, crew and music workers across all genres who are unable to work due to ill health, injury, a mental health problem or some other crisis.
Now to the episode.  Today, we’re shining a spotlight on Melbourne-based indie artist, Stefan West.
Stefan has been making waves in the indie scene with his heartfelt songwriting and unique sound. But more than just the music, we really dive into his personal battels with substance addiction and mental health and how he manages to keep pushing ahead and improving himself.
Aside from his music we cross over into things like diet, exercise and some very personal stories. True to the long form conversation format this episode goes very deep and personal and spends more time in areas that normally wouldn’t. From mental health and substance abuse, this is a very personal journey marked by resilience and redemption.
If you want to find out more about Stefan https://stefanwestmusic.com/

Jack Moore is not only an incredibly talented musician in his own right, but Jack is the son of the legendary Guitarist Gary Moore.
Jack has been carving his own path in the music world, blending his father’s blues-rock legacy with his own unique style.
I was fortunate enough to grab a small window of time with Jack in between studio sessions where we spoke about his music journey as he had just released a new single along with talking about his dads equipment and much admired sound.
Jack is also about to start working with Bob Daisley who also worked with Gary Moore.
